“Histórias com Energia” by E-REDES

Five People. Five Stories.

Histórias com Energia is a series of five films featuring E-REDES employees.

Each episode brings together two sides of the same person. On one side, what drives them, the experiences that have shaped them, and the way they see the world. On the other, their work, the challenges they face, and the contribution they make every day. By bringing these two dimensions together, we were able to connect topics such as innovation, sustainability, and the energy transition with real stories, giving them context, experience, and a voice.

Stories That Start with People

The challenge was to bring the human side of E-REDES to the forefront: giving employees a voice, highlighting the importance of their role, and making their work feel more relatable and relevant.

That’s why we started with the people and worked our way towards their work, not the other way around.

Through conversations with employees, we explored their backgrounds, interests, and experiences, and looked at how these connected with their day-to-day work at E-REDES.

It was through these encounters that the stories began to emerge: music and teamwork, diving and resilience, photography and different ways of seeing, a cycling journey and the desire to contribute to change.

Bringing the Series to Life

Turning these stories into films meant finding a unique narrative for each person while maintaining a consistent identity throughout the series.

We developed the project from concept and strategy through to interviews and scripts, building each episode around conversations with its protagonists. Production and filming took us into their own environments, while editing and post-production gave the five stories a cohesive and relatable audiovisual language.

The result is five distinct films, all built around the same principle: start with the person, discover their story and, through it, understand their work.

From Stories to Audiences

Once brought to life, the five stories reached audiences through LinkedIn and YouTube, where the full episodes were published.

These two platforms helped give visibility to the series and its protagonists, taking employees’ stories beyond E-REDES’ internal context and bringing them closer to a wider range of audiences.
